Winning is a Brees

Drew Brees passed himself into the NawFuL record books Monday night, breaking Dan Marino's single season yardage mark while helping the Saints flatten the division rival Falcons. The Junior Bro is making it look almost as easy as he cruises toward another season championship in Gehlke Bros. Football action.

Week 16 saw a mess of games on Saturday, due to Christmas falling on a Sunday this year. But there were no Christmas Eve miracles for the Senior Bro, despite capturing an unlikely win behind Indianapolis' 19-16 victory over visiting Houston on Thursday night. Sean owned Saturday's pair of splits, riding Philadelphia's 20-7 win over Dallas and San Francisco's 19-17 nail-biter over Seattle to take the majority of the Week 16 splits and boost his margin over Glenn to 8 games with a week left to play.

It was Sean and Ben sharing the honors for best weekly record at 11-5. Glenn was 10-6. We all correctly picked Baltimore, Carolina, New England, Tennessee, New York Giants, Pittsburgh, Green Bay and New Orleans to win. No one picked Buffalo, Minnesota or Detroit.

THE PERFECT ENDING: There are no Thursday, Saturday or Monday games in Week 17 — just good old-fashioned Sunday football — which means we'll have all our picks Sunday morning as normal.
